DECRETO Nº 39.166, DE 29 DE JUNHO DE 2018
Altera o Decreto nº 36.236, de 1º de janeiro de 2015 e o Decreto nº 38.491, de 14 de setembro de 2017, que tratam da estrutura administrativa da Casa Militar, da Governadoria do Distrito Federal.
O GOVERNADOR DO DISTRITO FEDERAL, no uso das atribuições que lhe conferem o artigo 100, incisos VII, X, XXVI, da Lei Orgânica do Distrito Federal, combinado com o art. 3º, inciso III, da Lei nº 2.299, de 21 de janeiro de 1999, DECRETA:
Art. 1º As Unidades Administrativas, os Cargos de Natureza Especial e os Cargos em Comissão relacionados no Anexo I ficam transformados nas Unidades Administrativas, nos Cargos de Natureza Especial e nos Cargos em Comissão relacionados no Anexo II deste decreto.
Art. 2º As Gratificações Militares de Segurança Institucional relacionadas no Anexo III ficam redistribuídas nas unidades da Casa Militar conforme Anexo IV deste decreto.
Art. 3º O inciso IV, do §1º, do artigo 12 do Decreto nº 36.236, de 1º de janeiro de 2015, passa a vigorar com a seguinte redação:

Art. 4º Os itens 3.1 e 4 do Anexo I do Decreto nº 38.491, de 14 de setembro de 2017, passam a vigorar com a seguinte redação:

Art. 5º Compete à Casa militar, da Governadoria, antes da posse ou da entrada em exercício relativa aos cargos em comissão a que se refere este Decreto, zelar pela apresentação prévia dos documentos exigidos no art. 3º do Decreto nº 33.564/2012, bem como da declaração firmada pelo servidor quanto à inexistência de nepotismo, nos termos do art. 5º do Decreto nº 32.751/2011, do art. 14 a 16 da Lei Complementar nº 840/2011, dos §§ 9 e 10 do art. 19 da Lei Orgânica do Distrito Federal e do art. 37 da Constituição Federal.
Art. 6º Este Decreto entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.
